Limited Editions / Special Editions.
A highly curated collection of images from recent bodies of work. Captured using a mix of digital and vintage film cameras on black and white negative film stocks from Ilford and Kodak. The resulting black and white images have an impressive ability to showcase the true character, feel and emotion that I associate with the landscape in those individual areas.
All negatives are hand developed using traditional darkroom methods. A selection of images are available in limited editions of 50 and a smaller, more exclusive selection, in special limited editions of 5. All prints are hand signed, titled and editioned verso in pencil.
Limited editions of 50 - These limited editions are scanned by myself from the original negative or taken straight from the digital image and exposed as C-type prints on silver halide lustre photographic paper.
Special editions of 5 - These special limited editions are hand printed by myself in a traditional darkroom. Using the original negative and darkroom enlarger, images are meticulously hand printed on silver gelatin paper. A lot of work goes into producing a darkroom print and no two are ever the same, further adding to the exclusivity of each print.
Open Editions.
Captured using digital cameras and printed on museum-quality Hahnemuhle German Etching Fine Art paper. From vast, open landscapes to delicate wildflowers. Sunrises and sunsets bursting with warm light to the subtle tones of mist lingering in woodland.
